Our commitment
We aim to meet WCAG 2.2 Level AA across all public pages of this site, and we treat accessibility as a delivery concern in every project we ship for clients.
Measures we take
Accessibility is part of our design, content and development process, from Figma components and design tokens through to WordPress block patterns and templates. It is reviewed during design, build and pre-launch QA. The review covers:
- Keyboard access and focus visibility
- Colour contrast in light and dark modes
- Semantic markup and heading structure
- Form labels and error messages
- Responsive layouts and alt text
Known limitations
No site is perfectly accessible to every user in every context. Where we have known limitations, for example embedded third-party widgets that we cannot fully control, we note them here as they are confirmed.
Feedback
If you have trouble using any part of this site, we want to hear about it. Use our contact form or email support@lightspeedwp.agency with as much detail as you can share, including the page URL, the browser or assistive technology you were using, and what went wrong. We aim to respond within 1–2 business days.
