  • Community: Input is welcomed via our website contact form, email, or at WordPress community events.
  • Publications: Readers can submit comments or reach out directly for clarification.

How We Respond

  • All feedback is acknowledged within 2–3 working days.
  • Each submission is logged, reviewed, and prioritised by relevance and urgency.
  • Urgent issues (e.g. live site errors) are actioned immediately; less urgent suggestions are scheduled for review.

Transparency & Accountability

  • Revisions to live projects are tracked in QA logs and staging tools.
  • Content updates (e.g. blog posts) include a visible correction or update notice.
  • Larger changes are documented in release notes or newsletters.
