Lazy loading

Lazy Load has been enabled, helping sites using LSX site to load faster and reduce their server load. Pages that are heavy with images will only load images that are within the users viewport – images outside of viewport are not loaded until user scrolls to them. Gallery type pages in particular will benefit from this addition to LSX.

Customizer colour swatch

The customizer now has colour pickers to help you quickly and easily change the colour of various site elements, such as text, buttons, menu items, headers, the backgrounds of various areas and more. There are also five preset colour schemes to use: default, brown, red, orange and green.

Other optimizations and changes

The footer widget area has been amended so that it only displays when there are widgets in it.

We’ve optimized LSX for speed by minifying scripts and styles.

When no featured image has been set for a post or page, the page title is now styled differently.

And other small fixes/improvements: removed unnecessary Google font file from header; fixed HTML input styles (missing textarea and input:email); fixed a problem with CSS z-index (Footer CTA conflicting with Banner); fixed a bug with the banner paralax type scrolling and the LSX TO Plugin Banner Google Map; added a filter to excerpt (what post types show excerpt or full content); removed the deprecated tags (readme, style).
